Personal data is provided by candidates voluntarily, however, obtaining it is necessary to carry out the recruitment process. The legal basis for requesting the transfer of personal data is art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR and art. 22(1) §1 of the Labor Code (Journal of Laws 2018.917, i.e.). You have the right to request from the administrator access to personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, to object to processing, data transfer and to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. You have the right to withdraw your consent to their processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was made on the basis of consent given before its withdrawal. A declaration of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data must be submitted in writing to the Administrator’s address or electronically to the e-mail address dane.osobowe@elbud.katowice.pl. Personal data will be processed only for recruitment purposes, but not longer than 6 months from their receipt. And in the case of consent to the processing of personal data also for the purposes of future recruitment for a period of 1 year, after which they will be permanently deleted.
