On December 20, Enprom became the largest minority shareholder of Elbud Katowice. The company acquired over 40% of the company’s shares, and the transaction was preceded by a change in the management board. By decision of the shareholders’ meeting taken on December 6, 2021, Mariusz Targowski was appointed president of Elbud Katowice, and Tomasz Szymczyk became his deputy. This operation is the beginning of cooperation between entities on the power engineering construction market in Poland and abroad. The companies will have a total team of over 700 people, including as many as 160 designers. The order portfolio of ENPROM and Elbud Katowice is over PLN 1 billion, the companies’ revenues exceeded PLN 300 million in 2020.
