“This is the first joint project implemented in the consortium after ENPROM took over part of the shares in ELBUD Katowice in December 2021. Thus, we can see the first effects of the goals of cooperation assumed by us – more effective acquisition of orders
and accelerating the growth of revenues and a step towards the development of services for the offshore industry,” explains Mariusz Targowski, President of the Management Board.
The agreement concluded on March 30, 2022 with Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne covers i.a. raising the poles, building new earthing systems, improving the anti-corrosion protection of the entire pole structure, adjusting the cable sags and creating new fiber-optic connections, changing the phase sequence, as well as modernization works
at power stations.
The investment will be co-financed from EU funds as part of the Implementation of Baltic Synchronization Project Phase II, the purpose of which is to build and modernize transmission infrastructure in Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, to ensure safe synchronization of the Baltic States with the area of continental Europe. The value of the contract is several million zlotys.
Let us remind you that in December 2021 ENPROM Sp. z o. o. became the largest shareholder of Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Elektroenergetyczne ELBUD w Katowice Sp. z o.o., thus starting a close strategic partnership.
