Task description:
Managing the preparation of the investment facility for implementation and supervision of the facility during implementation,
Cooperation with the Construction / Project Manager
Cooperation with the Investor, suppliers and the design office, including analysis and evaluation of documentation
Conducting trade negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors
Preparing and sending inquiries necessary to purchase materials and services for ongoing projects
Ongoing purchase of materials and services for construction purposes
Preparation of orders for subcontracting
Preparation of data for the contract
Settlement of invoices for purchased materials
Requirements:
Higher technical education – electrical
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
Ability to use MS Office programs, especially MS Word and Excel
Independent, good organization of work, communication skills
Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and customers
Negotiation skills
Knowledge of the electricity industry will be an added advantage
